All beers are shipped from our Bierloods22 beer shop in Woerden in special shipping boxes that have been developed to transport bottles and gifts without breakage.
When can I expect my order at home?
All orders placed on working days are shipped within 24 hours. If you have any questions about your order / delivery, please feel free to contact us at [email protected]
Shipments placed on Saturday afternoon after 3:00 PM will be shipped the following Monday.
If the delivery time of your order is longer than 3 working days, we will inform you in good time.
Who will deliver my order?
Your order will be delivered by PostNL or DHL. The e-mail you receive also contains a Track & Tracé code.
What are the costs for shipping?
The Netherlands: € 5.95 (No shipping costs for orders over 75.00 euros).

Norway: 39.95 euros (max. 10 liters of beer in one package because of the customs).

United Kingdom: 27.95 euros (max. 10 liters of beer in one package because of the customs).

Can I drink my beers immediately upon receipt?
The advice is to let it stand for at least 2 hours to avoid too high a pressure. In addition, you naturally want to bring your beers to the desired temperature first.
If you want to cancel your purchase with or without reason, you must let us know within 14 days of the day of receipt of the products. We prefer that you send us a message via [email protected]
We will refund the price you paid for the products along with any shipping costs you paid to receive the products. We will refund the relevant amounts as soon as possible and no later than 14 days after you have indicated that you want to cancel the purchase, using the same payment method with which you paid the order.
Sending orders back is always at the risk of the customer. Bierloods22 is not liable for damage to or loss of returned products. Always remember to request a track & trace code from the post office when returning a package.
Who pays return costs?
The costs for the return are for the customer.
We need a few things from you to take back the product and refund the money:
1) All beers returned must be in full salable condition, with the exception of beers that were delivered accidentally damaged. If the beers you have returned have become worth less due to unnecessary use or damage, we may deduct compensation for this damage from the amount we refund to you.
2) Enclose the original invoice.
If the return does not meet any of the above conditions, it will not be accepted and you will be notified.
