Can I change my order?
After placing an order it is often no longer possible to change it. Please send us an email [email protected] and we can see if this is still possible (we are available during our opening hours).

How long can the beer be kept after I receive it?
You only receive beers from us that can be kept for at least one month at the time of shipment.

This is an exception to the beers available on sale.

Can I add a personal message to my order?
Yes that is possible. After filling in your personal details, you can indicate in the "comment" field which text you would like to add. We will then ensure that your message is added to the package on a card.

Do I have to pay a deposit?
You should no longer throw away the cans of beer that you buy from April 1, but hand them in together with your deposit bottles. Because there will be a deposit on cans, things will change. For example, you pay € 0.15 in deposit per can. You can of course get it back later when you return the cans. The appearance of the cans also changes a bit. For example, a logo will be placed on it so that you can recognize whether you are dealing with a depositable can. The barcode will also be slightly different, you will hardly notice it yourself, but the machines at the collection points will not work without that code. So there will be return points for the cans. These are actually the same machines that you already know from supermarkets where you hand in your plastic bottles and different beers. You can therefore hand in empty bottles and cans with a deposit at your local collection point. You can of course throw empty bottles without a deposit in the bottle bank. To be able to return the cans, they must not be dented. You have undoubtedly experienced that a plastic bottle was not recognized by the machine because it had a dent in it. This is how you hand in cans properly: empty, deposit logo, barcode easily scannable and undamaged.

What is the sales category on your website?
Beers in the sales category are attractively priced and can have a best before date that is shorter than usual with us. The quality of the beers we sell is not in question. You can therefore expect the same quality of the beers that are discounted as that of our other range.

Are the items in my shopping cart reserved for me?
No, the beers in your shopping cart are not reserved. Only when you have clicked "buy" after entering your details, the beers are reserved for you. It is therefore possible that an item disappears from your shopping cart while shopping, because someone else bought and paid for the same beer at that time.

Do the prices shown include VAT?
All prices on Bierloods22 include VAT.

Is my beer available from stock?
Bierloods22 strives for all beers in the webshop to be available from stock. In the unlikely event that an item in your order is no longer there, we will contact you immediately to find a suitable solution.

Is the order process secured?
Yes, the entire order process is secured with Secure Socket Layer (SSL).

How are my beers packaged?
All beers are carefully packed and shipped in reinforced boxes with dividers. This means you can assume that you will receive the beers undamaged. We use different sizes of boxes, so that there is always a suitable box for your order.

Can I also pick up my order?
Would you rather pick up your beers in the store? Yes that is possible! You can choose to collect at the checkout. As soon as you have placed the order you will receive a message when your package is ready. This is usually the same day.

Large numbers of?
Do you want to send multiple parcels at the same time to different addresses? In that case you can send an e-mail to [email protected]

When will I receive the invoice for my order?
Immediately after your order, you will receive an email from us containing a confirmation of receipt and an invoice.

Does Bierloods22 have a minimum order value?
You can place an order starting at €10,-.

What happens if I am not at home when my package is delivered?
PostNL will make a total of 2 delivery attempts. This also includes possible delivery to neighbors. If delivery is still unsuccessful after 2 tries, the package will be returned to Bierloods22.

In that case we will contact you again to make a delivery appointment. The costs for resending will be borne by the customer.

What should I do if my order is incorrect?
In the unlikely event that something is wrong with your order, please contact us as soon as possible (no later than 5 days after receiving the package). We will then ensure that the order is still properly executed.

Does Bierloods22 also deliver abroad?

Can I order from Bierloods22?
Not 18? Not a drop. Alcohol consumption can harm your health. Selling alcohol to minors is prohibited. By visiting our site you confirm that you are 18 or older.

How does black friday work in 2022?
During Black Friday you can use the coupon code "BLACKFRIDAY22", this adds 10% discount on all items.* We also have 200+ items on sale with discount up to 25%.

How does my discount code work?
If you have a discount code, you can apply it in your basket. Codes do normally not apply on items in SALE, gift cards and subscriptions and can have a minimum order value. Most codes have an expiration date. If we don't mention an expiration date, it is valid for at least a week after creation.
