We’re happy to start the new year introducing you the first of three releases of our barrel-aged program. Opulence is a rich and silky Imperial Stout aged in Plantation Rum barrels from Barbados. After 12 months of deep rest in the barrels it was conditioned in copious amounts of cocoa nibs from Ghana, raw coconut from Sri Lanka and vanilla beans from Madagascar. An opulent and exotic beer made with the finest ingredients from all over the world. We hope you like it as much as we do. Enjoy

Reverence, the gesture of showing deep respect for something or someone, is precisely what we try to do in every beer we make. This is the last of three releases from our barrel-aged program. Reverence is our base Imperial Stout aged for 10 months in Casa Del Sol mezcal barrels and blended with some fresh beer to achieve a balanced and smooth profile. To give you some extra love, after the blend was done, we decided to drop in a huge amount of Ají Panca chilli from Peru, cacao nibs from Ghana and vanilla beans from Madagascar. Caliente, muy caliente baby!!

Catraio, one of the most iconic Portuguese craft beer venues, is turning 8 and we are proud to be part of their birthday collaboration series once again. This year we decided to gift something special, a different iteration of our Imperial Stout. As some of you might know, Daniel (Ophiussa) and Ricardo (Catraio) are huge fans of peated whisky and to harness the beasts, we used a barrel of Islay peated whisky and let it shine. Drier and a bit more boozy than our usual Imperial Stout, this beer has aged for 12 months in the barrel and then conditioned in tonka beans from Brazil, cacao nibs from Ghana and vanilla beans from Madagascar for some extra complexity. This is a beer for the true peated whisky lovers and not for the faint of heart. Happy birthday Catraio!
